The First Sixth Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational took place this past Saturday, April 19th, in Los Angeles, CA. Founded by Tim Walker, the invitational welcomes 100 competitors and the judging of the event is determined by anyone who, well, likes to eat grilled cheese! Yes, even you can be a judge. Audience members sample and then rank the “sammiches” based on four categories: presentation, taste, “wessonality,” and the SPAZ factor, which prides itself on being just plain weird.
