Police have not released the age, sex or gender of the child.

The baby's relatives had called authorities and raised concerns about the baby's well-being, police told WUSA9.com.

Neighbors told WUSA9.com that the car had been parked in front of a trailer home at the address for weeks without being moved, although a trailer resident had lent the car to someone else several weeks ago.
