Chinese economy is going to have a hard landing bringing global economic crisis to a climax, claims City of London analyst
Larry Elliott of The Guardian is no Cassandra and when he writes about a source's opinions he doesn't publicize just any old Dr. Doom.
That's why this quote in Elliott's column today caught my eye.
It's from Albert Edwards, head of strategy at Societe Generale's London operations. "There is a likelihood of a China hard landing this year. It is hard to think 2013 and onwards will be any worse than this year if China hard-lands."
