A Chinese man was caught on film crashing into motorbikes and cars to avoid arrest for stealing a car.

A driver in China has been caught on film crashing into 13 cars in order to avoid being arrested.

Surveillance footage of the incident shows a traffic officer trying to flag down a stolen car, BBC News reported.

The driver refused to stop, and reversed the car into motorbikes. When a traffic jam got in his way, he crashed his vehicle into cars that were in his path.

Chinese state television said the driver was arrested and charged with endangering public safety, BBC reported.
