Sometimes it’s hard to tell.

While the Occupy Wall Street movement has grown into a serious force throughout the United States, many critics continue to dismiss its carnival-like spirit. Despite the seriousness of the issues the occupiers have raised, it has at times taken on elements of farce and humor.
Scanning Occupy Wall Street images this week, it's hard not to see a connection to Halloween. Face it, they look similar. Or maybe it's because the viral tumblr blog, "Halloween or Williamsburg" is on our mind?
Occupy Wall Street or Halloween? Some of these might be a little of both.
