Egyptians go to the polls today to vote for a president, marking the first time the country’s citizens will freely elect a president since coming under military dictatorship 60 years ago. A lot has changed in the country since President Hosni Mubarak was ousted in February of 2011 — so much so that it’s not even clear what the new president’s powers will be.
