Homeless population spikes after Alabama tornadoes

The tornadoes that ripped through the South, especially through Alabama, have created a spike in homeless people, as tornado victims search for housing.

Thousands of people are now looking for new housing in the wake of the recent tornadoes. Some officials are concerned that the poor, working class and elderly residents of places like Tuscaloosa, Alabama, could be homeless for good.
