President Obama will be in Seoul next week to attend the Nuclear Safety Summit.

More than fifty other world leaders will be there, too. The aim of the summit is to prevent the proliferation of nuclear technology, and to improve safety by keeping nuclear material out of the wrong hands.

The summit will be overshadowed by tensions with North Korea over their longstanding nuclear ambitions. North Korea recently announced plans to launch a satellite on a long-range missile next month — a move seen by many as an effort to test long range rockets which could be used at some point to launch nuclear weapons.

Lisa Mullins talks with The World’s Asia correspondent, Mary Kay Magistad, who says that North Korea’s nuclear ambitions will be on the minds of those at the summit.
