North Korea Debuts at the Paralympic Games
North Korea has sent one swimmer to London for the Paralympics, but critics say the country does not treat disabled people well and should not be allowed at the games.

Fifteen countries are represented at the games for the first time, including North Korea that sent one swimmer to London.
Critics, however, say North Korea does not treat disabled people well and should not be allowed at the Paralympic Games.
