Over his two decades in Hollywood, director Brad Bird  has been behind some of the most beloved animated television shows and movies. Starting out on “The Simpsons” in 1989, Bird would go on to direct two of the most successful and critically acclaimed Oscar-winning Pixar blockbusters, “The Incredibles” and “Ratatouille.” Now Bird is trying to bring his signature style and success to the world of live action filmmaking with  “Mission: Impossible –  Ghost Protocol.” The fourth installment of the Tom Cruise  franchise, “Ghost Protocol” opens in theaters nationwide on Wednesday.
