Poverty declines in Mexico

Over 8 million people were lifted out of poverty in Mexico in recent years, according to new government statistics. The roughly 18% reduction has been credited, in part, to the policies of the country’s previous administration under President Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Viri Ríos of Mexico Decoded joined Host Marco Werman to discuss the findings.
