Only two places in the world do not allow divorce. One is the Vatican. The other is the Philippines. Much of the island nation’s population is staunchly Catholic. Filipino priests and bishops preach that divorce is “anti-family” and must remain forbidden. But a movement to legalize divorce in the Philippines is gaining traction.
