On Friday, the Bram Stoker Festival kicks off in Dublin to celebrate the Irish author’s literary and cultural impact. This year, it highlights a long-lost horror story by the writer who brought the world “Dracula.” The recently uncovered “Gibbet Hill,” a short tale of horror, will be read publicly at the festival on Saturday.
