UNAIDS, the UN agency devoted to combatting the spread of HIV/AIDS, has issued a new report that shows global leaders are getting closer to the goal of eliminating AIDS as a major public health threat by 2030, but there are some growing obstacles causing the effort to stall instead of succeed.
