 Maguire covers Ghana for GlobalPost. He moved to West Africa last fall after seven years as a staff writer for the Associated Press. He was first in Washington covering the Congressional delegations of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Later, he was in Boston, covering everything from clergy sex abuse to international soccer matches. His work has been published and broadcast around the world. He is a Massachusetts native and a graduate of the University of Massachusetts.
