I have been asking soldiers here what they think of the Wikileaks report and the big revelation that Pakistan isn’t our buddy, and people just shrug.

If it’s an enormous story in the States and in Kabul, it isn’t hitting hard where I’m at in Kandahar. The big picture may not be as apparent here, amid the bulk of the fighting. People here are just concerned with walking in the footprints of the person ahead of them and not running out of ammunition before the Apaches show up.
