Nolubabalo Zwane of Cape Town, South Africa, has been living with HIV for 14 years. She is due to give birth in June. “If I want my baby to be negative, what am I supposed to do?” she asks. She is now taking antiretroviral pills, which can reduce the risk that her baby will become infected to less than 5 percent.
