Anti-drug violence protests erupt across Mexico: Can they stop the killing?

Thousands of Mexicans are marching 900 miles to protest against the drug-related violence that is plaguing Mexico. “Ya basta,” or “it’s enough,” has become their rallying cry.

Drug cartels killed the son of Mexican poet Javier Sicilia. Since then, he has become an advocate for stopping the violence throughout Mexico. He’s now leading a 900-mile march across Mexico that will conclude when the marchers cross the border from Ciadad-Juarez into El Paso, Texas.
