Hairdressers in the Outaouais region of western Quebec have to follow strict rules.
They work limited hours during the week and can’t work on Sundays.
The regulations date back to the 1930s and were intended to protect hairdressers from working long hours.
But some hairdressers are fighting the committee in charge of policing the rules.
