Meb Keflezighi, at 37, is now the oldest man to win the US Olympian marathon trials.
Originally from Eritrea, Keflezighi is hoping to take the gold at London 2012.
Keflezighi has been to the Olympics twice before. He won a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics.
Keflezighi recently told the BBC about his journey from an Eritrean child to an American Olympian.
