Conflict & Justice

Things have never been pretty in the prison camp in Guantanamo Bay, but this spring has been especially ugly. The problems have been in “Camp-6″³ where the cooperative prisoners are kept, many of whom have been cleared for release.

A hunger strike to protest searches began in February and has steadily grown. On April 13, guards stormed Camp 6 when prisoners refused to return to their cells from a common area.
