[waitingforcorrection: no audio, invalid GUID] In a landmark decision, the Supreme Court ended a nearly decade’s long legal suit filed against the Wal-Mart chain store. The case, Dukes v. Wal-Mart, alleged that the discount store discriminated against more than 1 million of its female workers, holding them back from higher paying managerial positions and paying them less than their male counterparts in the positions which they do have.    We speak with Stephanie Odle, owner and operator of Dishing it Up in Norman, Okla. Stephanie is  a former Wal-Mart employee and filed one of the very first gender discrimination suits against the company in 2000.
