San Francisco Chronicle reporter Jill Tucker talks about the recent California state appeals court ruling which declared that homeschooling by parents without teaching credentials is illegal.

Last week news broke of a state appeals court ruling that declared homeschooling by parents without teaching credentials illegal, leaving tens of thousands of homeschooling moms and dads at risk for prosecution. San Francisco Chronicle education reporter Jill Tucker is covering the story, and she speaks with Faith Salie on Fair Game.
