The Smoking Gun’s Andrew Goldberg is one of the investigators who debunked a recent L.A. Times story claiming that rap impresario Sean “Diddy” Combs was in on a 1994 attack on rapper Tupac Shakur.
Today the LA Times issued an apology for a story it published last week alleging that rap impresario Sean “Diddy” Combs was in on a 1994 ambush and murder of the rapper Tupac Shakur. The apology came after the web site The Smoking Gun asserted that FBI documents relied upon by the Times were almost surely forgeries. Andrew Goldberg is managing editor of The Smoking Gun and one of the investigators who debunked the Times’ story, and he speaks with Brian Donovan on Fair Game.
