International agencies, including The World Bank and The International Monetary Fund, are gearing up to send nearly $7 billion to Jamaica to help cover some of the country’s ongoing recovery from Hurricane Melissa. The late October storm was one of the strongest on record in the Caribbean, and now, Jamaicans are trying to rebuild.
