Thailand’s prime minister has angered the army. That’s never a comfortable position in a country where the military has a history of seizing power from elected leaders. Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra is accused of betraying the army in the midst of a heated border dispute with Cambodia, its smaller neighbor.
