A multi-car pileup on a congested highway. That’s a worst-case scenario for drivers. But that’s exactly what engineers have created, on purpose, using the runway of a former military base in Scotland. This is all part of the setup for a new PBS documentary called “Ultimate Crash Test.” The show’s co-executive producer, Tom Adams, spoke to The World’s Host Carol Hills.
