For three years, the US has consistently condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine at the United Nations General Assembly. But in a dramatic change of course, under a new administration, the US voted yesterday against a UNGA resolution blaming Russia for its incursion. It also filed a separate resolution that called for an end to the war without explicitly blaming Russia. Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže discusses the implications with Host Marco Werman.
