We are now mere days away from the global climate change conference set to happen in Glasgow this year. President Joe Biden was hoping to attend this conference with a domestic climate bill under his belt but opposition from Sen. Joe Manchin from West Virginia has likely squandered that goal, leaving little hope of a quick vote before Biden leaves for Glasgow this week.
